  30. GLOBAL WAR Registration:

  32. Without a registration number, GLOBAL WAR has the following restrictions:
  33.  
  34.      Only 9 games may be going on at any one time.  The registered
  35.      version allows you select the desired number from 1 to 99.
  36.  
  37.      Minimum hours between turns is 1, games are automatically deleted
  38.      3 days after they end, players are allowed to begin new games,
  39.      and players are limited to playing in 1 game each.
  40.  
  41. If you try GLOBAL WAR and decide to continue using it, you will need to
  42. register your copy at a cost of $15.  For your registration fee you
  43. will receive:
  44.  
  45.     o A registration number.  This registration number will allow you
  46.       to configure the options in WAR.CFG.  Without this registration
  47.       number many of these values are restricted as mentioned above.
  48.  
  49.     o All future upgrades to GLOBAL WAR.  Your registration number will
  50.       work with all future versions.
  51.  
  52.     o An account on ProVision BBS, where you can always download the
  53.       latest version of GLOBAL WAR, as well as additional information
  54.       and utilities to support the game.
  55.  
  56. There is no special "registered" version to download or have sent to you.
  57. Just type your registration number in WAR.CFG when you get it to register
  58. your copy.
  59.  
  60. If you would like the latest version of GLOBAL WAR sent to you on a 5.25"
  61. 360k floppy, enclose and additional $5.00.  You may request the latest
  62. version of GLOBAL WAR on floppy at any time for $5.00.
